Being a saxophonist and lover of music, it is no wonder that I have a great passion for the people, culture, music and cuisine of New Orleans. Having traveled there numerous times, I dove in head first to experience what their amazing food offers. Here, I enthusiastically share my gastronomical experiences with you. I lived in Valencia, Spain for one year and fell in love with the people, culture, and cuisine of Spain. Their bars would always give a complimentary small tapas plate every time you bought a beer. I loved the small plates and versatility of the type of food you could offer with these small dishes. These special tapas dinner can be served either as plated dinner or family style.
